About you
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a strong professional background
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar high-volume FMCG environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Proactive, disciplined, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
What you'll do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and insightful performance dashboards
- Oversee balance sheet integrity, internal controls, and audit processes
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability, product margins, and cost controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic planning
- Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and cost reduction across the business
- Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to meet high performance standards
- Enhance ERP and reporting systems, standardise processes, and lead continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and external audit requirements
