Wholesale Operations Coordinator

As the brand expands globally, theyre looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support the seamless execution of wholesale dispatch and invoicing.This is a highly analytical, Excel-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on data accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:-Manage end-to-end wholesale dispatch, tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery-Raise and issue accurate invoices across multiple territories, meeting specific customer requirements-Maintain detailed records of shipments, returns, and account data using Excel and NetSuite-Provide reporting and insights to sales and finance teams, tracking performance against SLAs-Communicate with wholesale clients and third-party logistics partners to resolve issues quickly-Use Excel extensively (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manage, reconcile, and analyse large data setsAbout You:-Proficient in Excel VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and working with large data sets-Previous experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or sales support (fashion a bonus)-Strong attention to detail and highly organised-Confident communicator with a proactive approach-Comfortable working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience advantageous)This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working with one day per week from home, and excellent development opportunities.
