Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for someone who can coordinate bid-related processes, maintain key systems and databases, and assist in the management of frameworks, approvals and commercial governance. This role will suit an organised, detail-driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage varied tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative support across live bids to ensure smooth, timely progression of all activities. Act as a central coordination point between Procurement, Legal, Finance and Operational teams. Manage the commercial shared inbox and respond to bid‑related queries to ensure nothing is missed. Set up and maintain bid documentation, including Teams sites, version control and user access. Support tender submissions by completing company information and ensuring all content is accurate and compliant. Maintain and update framework portals, company profiles and central bid tracking systems. Track tender platforms daily to identify and flag new business opportunities. Monitor deadlines, chase outstanding actions and keep bid plans on schedule. Prepare reports, data summaries and materials for internal decision‑making meetings. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within strict deadlines. High attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the business. Strong understanding of bid processes or commercial governance (desirable). Experience in contract or framework administration (desirable).
