This is a dynamic and rewarding role that blends networking with a strong focus on growth, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact while building valuable local connections.You will play a key role in expanding our presence across Newport and surrounding areas, developing partnerships and uncovering new opportunities to grow our care services through B2B networks and community connections.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity NetworkingBuild and develop strong connections with local community groups, charities, healthcare professionals, and businessesRepresent Home Instead at networking events, community activities, and local initiativesProactively seek out new opportunities to grow our presence and strengthen community linksB2B PartnershipsBuild strong connections with key B2B stakeholders, including healthcare providers, local organisations, and referral partnersDevelop a reliable referral network that drives a steady flow of potential client enquiriesKeep partnerships active and engaged to support long-term collaborationBrand Awareness & PromotionBe a passionate brand ambassador, bringing Home Instead’s values and services to life in the communitySupport and deliver engaging local marketing campaigns and awareness initiativesEstablish Memory Cafés and Wellbeing Hubs, and deliver community talks and events that engage, connect, and inspire local audiences.Growth & EnquiriesDrive the delivery of the business plan for the financial year, supporting growth through community networking, B2B relationships, and increased client enquiries.Generate potential new enquiries through proactive networking and outreach activityMonitor and report on outreach activity and its contribution to growthCommunity PresenceBe the friendly and recognisable face of the Home Instead across Newport, Market Drayton, Wellington, and surrounding areasRepresent Home Instead with professionalism, warmth, and confidenceSupport and facilitate awareness initiatives that reflect our values and community spiriQualificationsAbout YouA confident and outgoing communicator who thrives on building connectionsExperience in B2B environments, sales, community networking, or similar rolesCommercially aware, with a natural ability to spot opportunities for growthPassionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of older peopleSelf-motivated, organised, and driven to achieve resultsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAdditional InformationWhat We OfferThis is a community-based role, with the majority of your time spent out and about in the local area building relationships and representing Home Instead.
