**YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT**
**Support your section** by assisting with the preparation and cooking of dishes, following recipes and presentation standards. **Follow prep lists and daily instructions** to ensure your tasks are completed efficiently and on time. **Maintain cleanliness and organisation** in your work area, contributing to a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. **Learn and grow** by observing and assisting senior chefs, developing your skills and understanding of kitchen operations. **Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly** , following training and guidelines to ensure consistent results. **Monitor food quality and freshness** , reporting any issues to senior team members. **Work collaboratively** with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive working atmosphere. **Stay flexible and adaptable** u2014weu2019re ALL IN and work closely with other departments.
