Key Focus of the Role:
This is a senior role sitting at the heart of an AI consultancy, working directly with enterprise clients to drive measurable value through AI-enabled operating models and digital transformation.
You’ll own engagements end-to-end- from strategy through to delivery- across AI adoption, agentic development and business transformation, whilst playing an active role in shaping and winning new business through proposals, pitches and pre-sales activity.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll bridge the gap between technical and business needs, bringing a sharp product mindset to every client you work with.

- Experience as a Product Leader and experience working in a consultancy
- Proven experience leading AI adoption or agentic product development engagements
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and vibe-coding to build PoCs and drive measurable productivity gains
- Comfortable operating at C-suite level and driving conversations at the intersection of technology and business
- Strong proposals, pitches, shaping and scoping engagements
