Project Manager Fit Out (Perm)

We are working with a well-established and growing contractor delivering high-quality interior and bespoke fit-out projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in woodwork and bespoke joinery projects. This is a unique hybrid role offering a mix of regional and London-based project exposure.

Working Arrangement

• Monday & Friday: Based in Devon (office/site presence)
• Tuesday to Thursday: Managing projects across Central London

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of interior / fit-out projects
• Coordination of site teams and subcontractors
• Programme management and reporting
• Budget control and cost tracking
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Ensuring H&S and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or fit-out
• Strong background in woodwork, joinery, or bespoke interiors
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel weekly between Devon and London
