Join our team as Commercial Relationship Executive

The Commercial Relationships team are responsible for delivering sponsorship activity for commercial clients, as part of the wider strategy of the Commercial Partnerships team to generate income by partnering with external organisations in a way that aligns their marketing and engagement objectives with ICAEW's technical content and member requirements.

Overall Purpose of this role of Commercial Relationship Executive.

The role holder will be responsible for successful delivery of client sponsorship undertaken with ICAEW's commercial sponsors under their direct remit. Delivery must be executed with a "best in class" approach to maximise contract renewals.

The role holder will be expected to build strong relationships with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that the role holder can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Commercial Relationship Executive Responsibilities include:

Working alongside the Commercial Partnerships BD Team within agreed account management principles:

Deliver commercial partnership activity for your clients, maintaining a "best in class" approach from when campaigns are handed over to end-of-campaign reporting.
Position yourself as the primary contact at ICAEW for the sponsor, taking a proactive and consultative approach for the whole end-to-end delivery process.
Ensure contract and invoicing processes are followed correctly, supporting the commercial finance team so that CRM revenue reporting is up-to-date and accurate.
Ensure that all contract deliverables are met and a positive, productive relationship with the client is maintained throughout.
To act as a source of support and information, including best practice and advice on developing plans, advising clients on campaign strategy and implementation (e.g. ad copy, speaking content/style, messages and exhibition techniques) where appropriate.
Share learnings and best practice to ensure the wider team is working in an agile and consistent way, collaborating on team projects that challenge existing ways of working where you see opportunities for improvement.
To contribute to the development and delivery of ICAEW's business objectives, including taking part in cross departmental projects where appropriate.

Commercial Relationship Executive Requirements include:

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task (essential)
Strong interpersonal skills (essential)
Willing to work well as part of a team, with a flexible, can-do attitude (essential)
Have good time management ability and be able to manage multiple deadlines(essential)
Previous client relationship management / customer service experience (desirable)
Previous event management / delivery experience (desirable)
