Position: Executive Assistant supporting the CEO as 2 others in the C-Suite, with wide interaction across the Senior Leadership Team
Hybrid set up: 3 days per week in the London office, 2 days from home.

The ideal Executive Assistant will have proven experience supporting C-suite leaders within a fast-paced, high-growth environment such as fintech, well known brand or a scale-up. You will demonstrate exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to prioritise rapidly changing workloads. A proactive approach, strong commercial awareness, excellent tech capability and comfort working at pace are essential. Experience using tools such as Slack, Notion or project management software is highly advantageous.
