About the Role
As a Repair Centre Manager, you will have full financial responsibility for a site with a turnover in excess of £3.3m and 23 staff. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, collaborating with clients and our expert production team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the public face of the site while managing all operational aspects of the branch.
- Drive commercial performance (sales, profit margin) performance, ensuring alignment with business plans.
- Engage with staff regularly, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Lead daily meetings with key team members to set and achieve output targets.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver service‑level agreements.
- Perform daily/weekly on‑site and production reports and meetings.
- Proactively gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Build detailed knowledge of client profiles to maximise upselling opportunities.
- Foster a flexible and well‑resourced team environment.
- Ensure compliance with Housekeeping, Health & Safety, BSI0125 standards, and manufacturer requirements.

- Proficiency in relevant software, including Office 365.
- VDA IMI and Audatex qualifications (preferred).
