Job Title: Senior Manager/ Director – New Business Development Manager – Hunting
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Business Development professional with a strong “hunter” mindset to drive new business acquisition in the mid-market segment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technology understanding, consultative selling, and revenue ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development (hunting) by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients in the mid-market segment
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to generate qualified leads
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and propose tailored technology solutions
- Conceptualize and present solutions, platforms, and services offerings aligned with client needs
- Participate in client workshops, demos, and solution discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solutioning and delivery alignment
- Work effectively within an onshore/offshore delivery model
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a hunting role with a strong track record of new business acquisition
- Solid technology background, with exposure to technical delivery in current or past roles
- Experience in selling services, platforms, or solutions (pure product sales experience is not sufficient)
- Strong understanding of cloud, digital, AI, and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting, pipeline creation, and revenue ownership
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills
- High levels of energy, ownership, and hustle mindset
- Familiarity with onshore/offshore engagement models
