Solutions Architect – Enterprise Systems South West/Hybrid

We’re partnering with a forward-thinking organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join a growing tech team.

This role will focus on designing, integrating, and optimising core business systems, driving automation, and introducing AI-led improvements across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise systems
• Build integrations and automation using Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform)
• Develop bespoke applications (C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript)
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to business processes
• Enhance system performance, data quality, and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, M365)
• Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions
• Experience working with enterprise applications (eg CRM, ERP, practice management systems)
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools and practical use cases
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
• Experience in professional services environments is a bonus
