Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a Criminal Defence Solicitor (Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE) at a well-established law firm in Liverpool. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of criminal defence matters from instruction to completion
- Representing clients at Police Stations and Magistrates' Courts
- Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of criminal matters
- Preparing cases, including drafting legal documents and liaising with counsel
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 2 years PQE in Criminal Law)
- Police Station Accreditation (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of criminal law and procedures
- Excellent advocacy, communication, and organisational skills
