Residential Solicitor
Take the lead in shaping a growing residential property department within a well-established, community-focused firm. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role with autonomy and long-term progression. You'll manage a full residential conveyancing caseload while playing a key role in building and developing the department. Your day-to-day will include:
- Handling residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
- Building and developing the residential property department, including processes and workflows
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth progress
- Drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, and maintaining compliance standards
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with solid residential property experience
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Interest or experience in developing or leading a team or department
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
