Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is a values‑driven, community‑powered NHS organisation seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager for our Acute services.

As a key member of the directorate leadership team, you will have an integral role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Acute services.

Key Responsibilities

• The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the day‑to‑day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets.
• They are also accountable for making sure that the Trust’s strategy is executed locally and that standards of safety are maintained at all times.
• The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care that is consistent with the values of the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong leader with experience of managing diverse teams and resources to improve patient outcomes.
• Proven track record of accomplishment in service improvement and innovative practice to continue to drive the Acute services agenda forwards.
• Passion for community/inpatient working and experience of community/inpatient networking would also be desirable.
• Ability to support colleagues to deliver the best services possible.

Location: Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber.
