Job Description

Find where you belong!

Are you passionate about shaping a workplace where people feel connected, supported, and inspired at work? Do you thrive on turning insight into action to create meaningful, lasting improvements in employee experience? If yes, our Employee Experience Manager position might be the right next move for you.

Your Purpose

As Employee Experience Manager, you’ll play a central role in enhancing a variety of employee experience initiatives across employee benefits programs, recognition initiatives and engagement, and our annual employee survey. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive work environment, supporting employee wellbeing, and driving strategic HR projects to achieve the company’s goals.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll bring data to life using employee feedback, survey insights, and people metrics to identify what matters most and drive continuous improvement. You’ll ensure employee voice isn’t just heard, but acted upon, creating clear, practical plans that enhance the overall experience across the organisation.

You’ll shape and evolve a benefits offering that reflects the needs of a diverse workforce, ensuring it remains competitive, relevant, and well understood. By combining insight with strong communication, you’ll help colleagues make the most of what’s available to them while continuously improving the proposition.

Your Strengths

We are looking for someone with considerable experience in a fast paced HR environment where change is regular and priorities can change quickly, ideally from a multi-site environment.

You’ll bring a strong background in employee experience, particularly across benefits, recognition, and employee voice and be confident in influencing senior stakeholders to drive meaningful change. With experience in translating strategy into delivery, you’ll be a capable project leader who can manage external partners and navigate the challenges of a large, dispersed workforce with creative, practical solutions. Strong communication skills and a data‑led mindset are essential, as you’ll use insight and analysis to shape decisions and deliver impact across the organisation.

Your Perks

  • Salary up to £60,000 plus annual bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Hybrid working – a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office and or visiting suppliers
  • 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too!
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
