Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role with full responsibility for P&L, operational excellence, and revenue growth—particularly across coworking memberships and meetings & events. You'll set the tone for a best‑in‑class environment, ensuring every detail reflects the premium nature of the space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed revenue targets, budgets, and KPIs
- Maximise income from coworking, meetings, and events
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing on‑site team
- Deliver a seamless, high‑end customer experience
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, facilities, and supplier management
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, GDPR, AML, and company policies
- Act as the senior escalation point for customer and operational matters
