A leading waste management business in Southern England is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a busy waste transfer facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, plant, and labour
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Permits and legislation
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and manage incidents
- Lead, motivate, and develop the site team
