Commercial Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE)

We're working with a well-established regional firm looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team.
This is a role where you'll run your own caseload but still have proper support around you. You'll be working closely with an experienced Partner and part of a wider team that knows the work inside out.
The role
- Managing a range of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Work covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
- Advising clients on leases and broader property agreements
- Working with agents and other professionals to keep deals moving
- Building client relationships and getting involved in business development
What they're looking for
- 1-5 years PQE in commercial property
- Comfortable managing your own caseload
- Strong understanding of commercial property transactions
- Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines
