Team description
Our Sales People team sits within the broader EU GTM organisation, partnering directly with senior commercial leaders to build the people foundations that power SumUp's growth across European markets. This isn't a support function, it's a strategic seat at the table, where organisational design, leadership development, and talent strategy shape how one of SumUp's fastest‑scaling business areas performs. As Lead People Partner, you'll work closely with the VP of Sales and Country Heads to make sure our growing sales force has the structures, culture, and leadership capability to keep scaling, and to keep winning.
