Build Recruitment is working with a well-established Housing Association seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within void and tenanted social housing properties across the NW London, Brent, Barnet & Islington areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance in tenanted/void properties
• Working on disrepair cases
• Desired to have experience working on complex works team or disrepair team within property maintenance.
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, wet trades and general maintenance
