We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Senior Project Coordinator to join the Rapport team. This role is central to the Facilities Management function, ensuring the effective coordination of administrative processes, project tracking, and operational reporting across a large retail estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and brings exceptional administration, coordination, and data management skills. You will be the backbone of project delivery, ensuring information is accurate, actions are followed through, and stakeholders remain aligned.

About the Role

You will support a team of Facilities Managers by providing high-level administrative coordination, ensuring all project activity is tracked, documented, and delivered on time.

A significant part of this role is hands‑on administration and reporting, including maintaining systems, updating records, and producing high-quality reports using Excel. You will play a key role in keeping workstreams organised, visible, and progressing effectively.

You will also support asset tracking and verification, ensuring all data across store locations is accurate and up to date.
