Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Kent, ME19 area.

This role is 36 hours per week, delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (flexible start times). It is a temporary ongoing position starting ASAP.

Pay rate: £15.96ph. PAYE: £20.62ph. UMB.

Role Summary

• Working with older adults (aged 55+)
• Based in West Malling, Kent
• Previous sheltered or supported housing experience is ideal

Duties

• Welfare checks on residents
• Health and safety checks
• Signposting
• Organising activities
• Reporting any repairs

Key responsibilities include daily communication with residents, assessing their daily needs and signposting information, regular welfare checks, health and safety checks, and reporting repairs.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months or on the update service

Applicants should have experience working with older adults and preferably in sheltered or supported housing.
