Location: Projects between Felixstowe, Lowestoft & Thetford

Contract: Ongoing Work

Hours: 8‑hour days

Rate: £200-£230/Day (CIS)

Start date – Tuesday 5th May Monday 11th May

We are recruiting experienced Multi Trader to join a fast‑paced, reputable contractor specialising in social housing refurbishments. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople seeking consistent work.

Projects are located between Felixstowe, Lowestoft & Thetford. Someone based around the Stowmarket is preferred as centre of all work locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen maintenance work within occupied social housing properties.
• Replacing kitchen worktops and cabinets, damp proofing, changing taps and other snagging works.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in tenants’ homes.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, tenants and site teams.
• Manage your own workload to meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi‑Trade/Carpenter and basic Plumbing
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Own tools.
• Own vehicle (Van)
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules.

• Experience working in social housing or occupied properties.
