PMS Superintendent

Consortio is partnering with a well-established shipping company to find a PMS Superintendent for its Monaco office. Operating a mixed fleet of bulk carriers and tug vessels, the company is looking to strengthen its technical department by hiring a detail-oriented professional to manage its Planned Maintenance System across the fleet.

In this role, you’ll report to the Fleet Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day oversight and performance of the PMS. This includes planning and monitoring maintenance schedules, supporting onboard teams, conducting occasional vessel visits, and analysing technical data and KPIs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The position is office-based with approximately five weeks of travel annually and offers relocation support for candidates moving to France or Monaco.

Requirements

• Background as a 2nd or 3rd Engineer on bulk carriers (tug experience a bonus)
• Experience using PMS systems, ideally Cloud Fleet Manager, Sertica, TM Master, or similar
• Strong IT and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to five weeks per year
