Falcon Green has partnered with an international Tier 1 contractor specialising in modern mission‑critical and data‑centre infrastructures across Europe to place an OFCI Project Manager for a large data‑centre build in Amsterdam.
You will be working for a market‑leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practices. With a strong order book for several years in Central Europe, there is excellent scope for a credible Project Manager to climb the ladder quickly after successfully delivering this project.
As the OFCI Project Manager you will manage the procurement of critical mechanical and electrical plant, oversee design, fabrication, inspection, commissioning and handover of these assets, and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist delivery of a wide range of projects
- Engage with vendors to identify project risks and ensure these risks are managed throughout design, fabrication and installation
- Review technical submissions from vendors and contractors to ensure they are compliant with client specifications
- Assist in preparation for meetings, chairing and recording all minutes
- Attend and monitor meetings and escalates any issues that may arise
- Oversee HSE elements on site and report any corrective actions
- Assist in the review and assessment of proposed variations and any actual or anticipated delays to the progress of the works
- Assist in the handover plan, monitor and track preparation of documentation
Qualifications
- Data‑centre experience essential
- Degree qualified in Electrical or Mechanical related field
- 5+ years in a project‑lead role
