Your Role:

  • You will provide effective administrative and supervisory support to the department and Business Manager.
  • You will manage correspondence, calls, mail, records and filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and secure.
  • You will produce and manage documentation in line with organisational and defence information standards.
  • You will maintain and update systems and databases, including SharePoint and other administrative platforms.
  • You will coordinate meetings, including minute taking and associated administration for senior stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for completing tasking in line with contractual requirements and supporting wider team objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) and advanced level experience of Excel and intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience: Experienced administrative professional with a strong track record in team leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Skills: Organised, proactive professional with strong communication, IT, and literacy skills. Detail-oriented, ethical, and creative in solving problems and prioritising tasks.
