You must be commutable to Liverpool and there will be some travel throughout the UK. Hybrid working is available.
Compensation & Benefits
- £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Act as the go‑to technical contact for customers, supporting them with setup, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day use.
- Run demos, training sessions, and workshops to help users maximise the software.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and sales to translate customer feedback into product improvements and support pre‑sales activities.
- Test new releases, improve documentation, and stay up to date with developments in electron microscopy.
Qualifications
- Relevant understanding of 4D STEM.
- Relevant degree, masters or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Biology, Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software contexts.
- Willingness to join a startup with clear financial backing and play a significant role in its success.
