A highly regarded and rapidly expanding wealth management firm is seeking a Senior / Director level Financial Adviser to join its leadership team.
This is a strategic, client‑facing role for an experienced adviser who wants to operate at a senior level, managing an established client bank, driving new business, and mentoring the next generation of advisers as the business continues to grow.
The Role
- Provide holistic wealth advice across pensions, retirement, investments, tax and estate planning
- Manage and grow long‑term, high‑value client relationships
- Develop and implement bespoke financial strategies for clients and prospects
- Play a key role in business development and revenue growth
- Stay ahead of regulatory and pension legislation changes
- Work collaboratively with senior colleagues to maximise client and commercial outcomes
- Coach, mentor and develop junior advisers, ensuring consistently high professional and technical standards
- Act as a senior figure within the advisory team, contributing to best practice and strategic direction
About You
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status
- Dip CII, CISI (or equivalent) with current Statement of Professional Standing
- At least 5 years’ experience in a client facing advisor role
- Strong expertise in pensions and retirement planning
- Proven ability to generate new business and retain long‑term clients
- Commercially astute, credible at senior level and comfortable leading by example
- Excellent communication, influencing and mentoring skills
- Highly compliant, organised and confident operating in a regulated environment
