About the Role
As the Voting & Governance Analyst, your impact will be felt through protecting the integrity and credibility of voting across all 50 Best verticals. You will contribute by ensuring voting data is accurate, secure and consistently governed, translating policy into reliable processes and strengthening controls that build trust in every list we publish. Working closely with the Director for Community, you will carefully steward our voting processes, manage our voting academy and its participation, and feed key data insights back to internal teams, supporting collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. We are open to this role being based at our London or Brighton office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining the voting CRM to ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity
- Processing and validating voting data across all verticals, identifying anomalies and resolving discrepancies, and conducting rigorous quality assurance checks
- Designing and implementing checks, controls and validation mechanisms, and supporting the refinement of voting rules & eligibility criteria to prevent errors and improve processes
- Translating voting policies provided by the Director or legal counsel into practical operational processes
- Documenting voting processes and maintaining clear operating procedures
- Managing Voting Academy Chair records and their participation, including coordinating routine communications
- Analysing event data to produce insights for brand, community and commercial teams
What You’ll Need
- Strong experience in data management, operations, governance, compliance or quality assurance with exposure to controls frameworks, audit processes or quality management systems
- Solutions orientated, with demonstrable experience in designing or improving operational processes, and able to translate policy into practical, implementable steps
- An analytical and proactive approach to identify patterns and draw insights from data
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proven ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Strong database or CRM management skills and confidence in learning new systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to write clear and precise documentation
