We’re now hiring a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of a hot, high-performing desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and prefers account management over cold business development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage your desk: Own multiple vacancies and nurture existing client accounts
• Source top talent: Use outbound calls, referrals, and database searches
• Deliver results: Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate: Share ideas, celebrate wins, and support junior team members

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume outbound calling environment or 1 years experience within agency recruitment or talent acquisition
• A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and making things happen
• Highly organised, proactive, and motivated by success
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
