North West London – Salary £50,000, with the potential to increase to £56,600 with bonuses
We’re currently working alongside an established children's residential care provider in North West London, who are looking for an experienced Residential Manager to lead their 3 bed EBD children’s home, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who feels stagnant in their current role with no further progression, or an experienced Deputy who is keen to further their career this year, to join an established organisation, who offer full autonomy on decision making and regular career progression opportunities.
Benefits:
- Salary up to £56,600

- Bonuses: £3000 for Outstanding & £1500 for Good Ofsted reports
- £3000 car allowance, or a company car worth £5400 per year
- Generous annual leave: 32 days (including bank holidays), increases by 1 day each year

Requirements:
- Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
- 3+ years’ experience in residential childcare (incl. 1+ years in management)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted standards & care regs
- Skilled in team leadership, service development & partnership working
