Up to £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 50k+)

The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a 360-recruitment role where you will manage the full hiring process—from winning new business to placing candidates in exciting automotive roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive clients
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop new business through calls, networking, and referrals
- Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms
- Provide market insight and hiring advice to clients
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales (automotive experience desirable)
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus
