Senior Surveyor / Associate – Property Management Surveyor
Location: Leeds
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Beach Baker is working exclusively with a leading independent firm that is seeking a Property Management Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to manage a high‑quality portfolio and contribute to the continued growth of their thriving team.

The Role
You will take responsibility for a mixed portfolio of multi‑let office assets across the UK, managing all day‑to‑day property management duties. This includes:
- Ensuring tenant and lease compliance
- Budget setting and service charge management
- Managing building operations and supplier performance
- Delivering a first‑class service to landlords and occupiers
You’ll have the autonomy to run your own properties while being fully supported by an experienced, collaborative team.
