This role is based on site in Walsall and offers the opportunity to lead engineering activity within a highly regulated and technically demanding production environment.
As a Senior Production Engineer, you’ll be responsible for shaping and improving production processes across the manufacturing lifecycle. You’ll provide technical leadership, manage change within production planning, and support both production and project teams to deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality outcomes.
You’ll also take responsibility for managing the engineering function and leading a small team of engineers, ensuring standards, performance and continuous improvement remain central to everything you do.
This is a full‑time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
