You’ll collaborate across functions to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, ensuring product styles and designs align with manufacturing targets. Your expertise will support virtual and physical studies, process analysis, and complex problem resolution to meet assembly time and quality objectives. Experience in automotive manufacturing, process, tooling, cycle time, and line balancing is essential.
If you possess a strong understanding of component design, manufacturing techniques, and lean principles, and enjoy driving continuous improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in vehicle assembly, BIW, and powertrain sectors.
With a focus on fostering industry best practice and integrating new manufacturing technologies, you will play a vital role in ensuring manufacturing feasibility on high-profile automotive programmes. A relevant qualification and industry experience are required; proficiency in German is desirable.
