Production Manager (Fabrication) located in Southend on Sea, Essex. Salary £50,000 – £55,000 + progression and benefits.

Excellent role for an experienced and driven Production Manager to shape operations and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Oversee day-to-day production operations and workflow
• Lead, manage, and develop production teams
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Support the business in achieving long-term growth plans

Qualifications

• Production Manager or Supervisor experience
• Proven experience within a fabrication environment
• Knowledge of production planning and ERP/MRP systems
• Must be within commutable distance of Southend on Sea, Essex
