Quality Engineer - Hampshire (REF 064)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum + benefits.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire, known for its strong reputation in delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement across its operations.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for leading product quality in both customer and production related areas, which would include containment, investigations, correction, implementation and validation of corrective actions.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Strong background in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with internal and external audits (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF16949, ISO13485, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality tools (5 Whys, 8D, FMEA, etc.)
• Root cause analysis and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
