Your Role
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our amazing Services team. This role is responsible for resolving all customer requests related to the installation and maintenance of our products in the London region.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyzing the root causes of product issues in order to carry out the necessary repairs for proper operation on the first visit
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective incident management
- Managing spare parts stock and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory records
- Providing customers with technical support and guidance on the use and care of Technogym equipment
- Properly managing work orders and service reports
- Scheduling on-site visits in line with departmental goals
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, proactively checking equipment for potential issues
- Identifying opportunities for improvement for service and providing information back to team
About You
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanics/electronics or digital
