Job Description:

A growing, award-winning digital agency is looking for a Project Consultant to join their delivery team, working across a range of impactful digital projects including websites, CRM platforms, and user-focused digital experiences. This is a hybrid role sitting between project management, business analysis, and technical consultancy. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions, working closely with both clients and developers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of digital projects from initial discovery through to delivery, acting as the key link between clients and technical teams.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders, define requirements, and ensure development teams have clear, actionable direction.
  • Run discovery sessions and workshops, manage delivery timelines and risks, and facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning and stand‑ups.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a high-quality delivery experience.
  • Operate comfortably in both commercial and technical conversations, genuinely understanding how digital solutions are built.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering digital or web‑based projects in a client‑facing environment.
  • Confidence running discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and shaping solutions.
  • Strong technical foundation and ability to engage meaningfully with developers.
  • Understanding of how digital products are built and ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Enjoy working in Agile environments and being hands‑on in delivery.
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps, and with CMS platforms such as Umbraco or WordPress.
