Who you are
- You are confident in expanding and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers to deliver sustained sales growth.
- In this role, you’ll develop and nurture key business relationships across your territory, ensuring alignment with Holcim’s commercial strategy and growth objectives.
- You’ll represent the Holcim brand with pride, raising its visibility and reputation while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- You’ll focus on generating high value sales and driving long‑term partnerships that support our ambition to lead the transition to sustainable building.
- Using your commercial insight, you’ll prepare and present reports to assess performance, guide strategic decisions, and maximise market potential.
