Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Interact with candidates over the phone with professionalism and confidence.
- Work closely with experienced consultants to learn and grow your recruitment skills.
- Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Provide leads and market insights to the delivery team.
- Maintain and update the in-house CRM system in line with company processes.
