Overview
Field Sales Executive – Full time, Permanent. Base salary £26,700 per annum with up to 10% bonus (OTE £29,370) and Company Car (Toyota CHR). Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Territory covers stores for Birds Eye, Goodfella’s and Aunt Bessie’s across the UK.
As a field‑based sales professional you will own your store route, develop strong retailer relationships, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage your store visit route like a mini business.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
- Spot growth opportunities and turn them into action.
- Increase distribution, visibility, and promotional compliance.
- Optimize space and ensure our brands stand out.
- Share insights and category knowledge that add value.

Qualifications
- Enjoy speaking to new people and building rapport.
- Commercially curious – keen to understand how things sell.
- Take ownership rather than waiting to be told.
- Organised and proactive.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
Additional Notes
You will be representing frozen food brands, so the role involves significant time working in store freezer environments. Protective clothing – such as hat, gloves, jacket – is provided.
