No experience necessary, we’re looking for proactive and resilient communicators to generate high-quality discovery meetings with business leaders. You’ll be the first point of contact—engaging prospects, uncovering how they currently approach sales, and creating genuine interest in improving their results.

What you’ll be doing as a sales executive

This is not a “dial-and-smile” role. You’ll take a thoughtful, consultative approach to outbound prospecting focused on curiosity, insight, and meaningful conversations.

  • Proactively reach out to targeted businesses through outbound calls – warm leads given
  • Engage sales leaders and business owners in natural, confident conversations
  • Ask smart, structured questions to understand their current sales approach
  • Identify gaps in areas like process, consistency, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
  • Handle objections calmly and professionally without sounding scripted
  • Generate interest and secure meetings
  • Keep CRM records accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine messaging and targeting

About You

  • Interested or experienced with a career in sales
  • Naturally curious with strong questioning and listening skills
  • Calm and resilient when handling objections or rejection
  • Commercially aware—you know what a real opportunity looks like
  • Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up
  • Motivated by targets, activity, and results
  • Bonus: experience in B2B services, consultancy, CRM, or sales process improvement
