Job Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Support Executive to join us at TEAM – the UK’s largest network of independent recruitment businesses.

You will play a key part in helping us continue to grow, ensuring warm leads are followed up, conversations increase and members/service partners receive an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on warm inbound enquiries about TEAM Membership and Service Partnerships.
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos and follow‑up meetings for senior team members.
  • Support the sales pipeline by preparing notes, proposals, follow‑ups and reminders.
  • Coordinate with prospects through LinkedIn, phone calls, Teams calls and email.
  • Help nurture leads at all stages of the sales cycle to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all leads, conversations and tasks are logged and up to date.
  • Track activity, outcomes and pipeline movement in line with TEAM processes.
  • Produce simple reports and updates for internal review.
  • Draft and send professional follow‑up messages, holding statements and appointment confirmations.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new Members and Service Partners.
  • Support event admin, webinar attendance follow‑ups and data clean‑ups.
  • Liaise with key partners and internal stakeholders where required.

Qualifications

  • Confident communication skills across phone, video calls, email and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to process and detail.
  • Comfort with working with CRM systems and general sales technology (training provided).
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to pick up the phone and drive conversations.
  • Good written communication and follow‑up etiquette.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
