Canapii is recruiting for a Partner Program Manager to support a fast‑growing, hybrid event solution provider.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create a Partner program from scratch, including marketing, incentives, digital tools, and enablement.
- Launch a new program quickly and then enhance and develop it further with partner feedback.
- Study partner programs from other successful SaaS companies to discover best practice.
- Work with digital engineers to create innovative tools and content for partners.
- Interact with the co‑founders and marketing department energetically.
- Enable the onboarding of at least 100 partners within the first 12 months.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, the arts, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in partnering, sales, or marketing.
- Ability to create crisp copy and write clear marketing documents.
- Willingness to work independently and quickly.
- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in persuasive writing.
- Highly motivated, a team player, comfortable in a fast‑paced start‑up environment and happy to work with a hybrid setup (both remote and in‑office).
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on a company’s success.
- Can‑do attitude, with critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English speaker with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
The role is hybrid. Based in London/Reading/Oxford, UK. 80% remote, 20% in‑office.
