We’re looking for a Change Manager, with a strong background in the Retail Media area, to work on large scale technical programmes.
This roles sits within the Business Planning and Transformation team, you will help shape strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working. You will work across a variety of internal teams, clients and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver change strategies for complex, cross-functional programmes.
- Create integrated plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and readiness.
- Lead clear, engaging communications for internal teams and clients to build buy-in.
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and capability-building to prepare teams for success.
- Track adoption, measure impact, and refine approaches to embed sustainable change.
Skills needed
- Strong knowledge of retail media and the advertising landscape.
- Strong experience of large scale technical programmes.
- Proven experience in change management within multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with readiness and adoption tracking.
