The Cross-Domain Project Manager leads the most complex, high-impact initiatives across evoke. These programmes typically span multiple product domains, technology platforms, markets and commercial stakeholders.

This role exists to ensure that projects complexity translates into measurable customer and business value – delivered with clarity, pace and control.

Operating at the intersection of Product, Technology and Commercial, this person acts as a senior integrator who connects Product & Technology strategy to coordinated execution across domains.

What you will be doing

  • Lead Product & Technology driven critical cross-domain initiatives from early definition through to value realisation.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for initiatives that are organisationally complex and business-critical.
  • Translate Product & Technology driven intent into structured, executable plans.
  • Establish appropriate governance, decision forums and escalation pathways.
  • Manage complex interdependencies across domains, platforms and markets.
  • Anticipate integration impacts and systemic risks.
  • Align senior stakeholders around shared outcomes and trade-offs.
  • Identify delivery, regulatory, technical and commercial risks early.
  • Implement structured mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Build trusted relationships across Product, Technology, Commercial and Executive teams.

Who we are looking for

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex cross-domain programmes.
  • Experience operating at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience in dependency management and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Experience using JIRA (including Advanced Roadmaps, JIRA Align etc.) to map, track, and visualize complex, large-scale projects and manage risks and issues.
