We are looking for another new team member! Could you be our new Project Coordinator? The Project Coordinator supports our Executive Producer and Artistic team to ensure our programme of activity is delivered to the highest artistic standards, centring access for the team and for the audiences and communities we make our work with and for.

Hours/days per week: 24hrs / 3 days (0.75 of 32hrs/4 days full time)

Usual Location: STL’s Office at Assay Studios in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter

Annual Leave Entitlement: 21 days/year including bank holidays, plus Christmas & New Year shutdown (0.75 of 28 days for full time)

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Mutual Trial Period: 3 months, with the option to extend to a maximum of 6

Notice Period: 6 weeks

Note:STL operates a 4 day / 32hr full-time week, which includes a 30 minutes paid break per day. We do so to enable the rest and flexibility that disabled and chronically ill employees may need. Part-time posts are therefore expressed as proportions of 4 days / 32 hours.
