- Act as a client-facing representative, aligning regularly on delivery and commercial matters.
- Provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to Project Managers.
- Monitor work in progress and activities against service orders.
- Prepare invoices in collaboration with the Project Manager and support financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing customer quotations and progress spare-part deliveries.
- Manage SAP tasks, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- Compile and issue project and customer reports on time.
- Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and help drive project milestones, deadlines, and performance.
- Opportunity to act as a nominated PM for small internal or external projects.
What You Need to Qualify
- Experience as a Project Administrator (highly desirable).
- Background in the Oil & Gas industry or within a project team (preferred).
- Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage documentation, financial data, logistics, and tools such as SAP and ARIBA.
- Experience in Salesforce would be preferable.
- Proactive, customer‑focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
